Simple Twisted

Lift a section of your hair at the top of the crown.

To add volume, gently back comb it, using only a backward motion so as not to damage your hair.

Now, do the same thing on each side of the crown. Smooth it out - leaving the volume.

Start at the right temple, separate a section of hair in the front and roll it up and away from your face. Keep taking small sections of hair and incorporate them into the roll along the hairline until you get to the nape of the neck. Secure the hair there with two bobby pins. Continue doing the same thing on the other side, and again, secure the hair with bobby pins.

Gather all the hair at the nape of your neck, take the bobby pins out, and secure the hair with an elastic band.

Now you can remove a small section of hair -- about a finger's width-- and wrap it around the elastic band to hide it.

Secure with a bobby pin… and you're done!
